From 30 January to 3 February 2017, the 1st European Workshop on Chironomidae Identification Methodology (EWCIM) was held at the Department of Biology and Ecology, Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Niš, Serbia.

For online continuation of the corresponding training and discussion, the organizers have a created a website on which the EWCIM alumni and instructors can exchange messages, micrographs, etc. This site is offered outside of the Chironomidae Exchange Forum, as the relatively limited capacity of the latter (especially concerning uploaded files) did not allow inclusion.

Anyone interested is welcome to visit http://ewcim.pmf.ni.ac.rs/forum/ and participate there, or to write to the EWCIM team using the 'Contact us' button near the bottom of the site's starting page.
