Title: 2013 manual on Holarctic larvae -- THIRD printing
Post by: Martin Spies on March 04, 2014, 05:43:30 PM
Courtesy of the publishing editor, Dr Cederholm, I have received a copy of the third printing of the manual, which is the version being delivered to customers who order now.

Unfortunately, if anyone has been hoping for significant improvements over the first and second printings (for comments on those, see the separate Forum sections), the PDF file attached here will come as an unpleasant surprise.

Essentially, I cannot help but find that the third printing again includes many items that would need to be corrected, and that these flaws again include both, previous errors that have remained uncorrected and reversals of previously correct data to even earlier errors.

Should any of you be frustrated with this situation, then please don't direct that at me - I am just relating a story here and did not invent or cause what it is about.
