This Forum topic is intended for general issues beyond the limits of the other topics in the 'Clearing and slide-mounting' board of the 'Methods' category.

For example, please see the recent publication referred to below. This voluminous monograph does not contain data specific to chironomid research, but lots of information pertinent to this Forum board, as well as on general aspects of scientific work with microscope slides and corresponding collections.
